Advantages and Disadvantages of Dubai to Become a Regional Cultural Hub

Dubai, a small territory in Persian Gulf, has attained good popularity during the last two Decades. A little with undesirable air almost three decades managed to reach point that now most of countries region like it's trade and economic situations. Some, now, are speaking about Dubai's own pattern development. Nowadays, it serves as main hub for swap west Asia, or at least Gulf. The issue development kind is not here my purpose. question this article tries provide some answers for, is: Will Dubai be able become regional cultural hub? What advantages disadvantages? To verify this, I suggested preposition assumption: such domain rarely found region, fore example infrastructures tourism, digital network transportation, but suffers other factors, sample, doesn’t have long history record: disadvantageous mainly political characteristic technologic infrastructure management's field.
